Our baby is 4 months old! Where does the time go? We went to the doctor on Friday. She now weighs 15 lbs. 12 oz. (91 percentile), 24 inches long (42 percentile), and has a huge noggin (92 percentile)... anyone recall when her head was small (13 percentile)? I do. Boy has it grown.
Hailey smiles all the time these days. It's so fun. She's also starting to laugh, which is even more fun. She loves to sit/stand up. She will raise her head and attempt to pull her shoulders off the ground when she wants to get up. We anticipate that she will be rolling over in the next month or so. We've caught her a couple of times rolling onto her side, but not making it all the way over. Hailey really enjoys bath time. It's fun to listen to her giggle and watch her smile while we bathe her. Surprising to me, Hailey has also begun to be fearful of strangers. She has started crying when being held by someone she doesn't recognize. As soon as Kyle or I hold her she's happy as can be, and is more than willing to give that "stranger" a smile.

ReplyDeleteOh how sweet she is! I love that four month mark. The baby is happier because she's figuring out her little body and Mom and Dad are happier because they're getting a little more sleep. Her chubby cheeks are very cute!
