Post Texas

First, I want to reiterate how weird Hailey is sometimes. Our apartment in Texas had a glass door at the balcony. Hailey loved standing up at it, putting her forehead on it, and sliding her head down the glass. Weird.

Secondly, as I mentioned somewhere in some previous post, that we are now back in Provo. But! Before our return to Provo, we traveled up to Kennewick to visit family. (That's Southeastern Washington for anyone unsure of where on a map Kennewick may lie.) Hailey and I were there for 2 weeks. It was fun to be able to spend time with family and visit our favorite Kennewick places. Mainly Bruchi's. And more Bruchi's. We just can't resist those cheesesteaks. For me most specifically the Chicken Malibu. But that's a whole different story.

While in Kennewick, Hailey either caught some sort of bug, or something she ate didn't bode well with her stomach. Monday-Friday we battled exploding diapers and one incidence of throw up (in the car). Hailey spent most of her time in either just a diaper or a onesie. Poor girl. It was bad, it was gross, I'll spare you the details. (BIG thank you to Grandma Hill for helping clean up her messes and wash lots of yucky laundry for me, while I cleaned up the baby in the bathtub!)

Besides stomach problems, we spent some time in the pool, went on a few walks to visit the ducks, got some pictures taken of Hailey (professional ones- I'm excited to see how they turned out!), I got my hair cut (sorry no pictures), did some clothes shopping with Grandma Park, and a little crafting (again, sorry, no pictures). I really didn't get the camera out very much. I'm sad I didn't. Oh well. We do have pictures of Hailey swimming. And pictures of Hailey visiting the ducks (courtesy of Grandma Hill, thanks again!) So, enjoy!

P.S. Can you believe Hailey is 10 months old? I can't.
